Lately, it's become an afternoon tradition for Judah and I to drink a smoothie together. He loves them and they are ridiculously healthy.
Here's what we've been drinking:
1 whole avocado
1 whole banana
Some frozen strawberries
1 whole apple (unpeeled)
1 whole orange (peeled)
A little 100% orange juice or apple juice
Some ice cubes
As Judah would say "It's good!"
