1/2 cup raisins
Lightly butter a 9X13 baking pan.
Line bottom of pan with bread cubes, then sprinkle raisins over the bread.
In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and maple flavoring.
Pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with margarine. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until top is golden brown.
**I took this picture right before I stuck it into the fridge so, it hasn't been baked yet.
I think I'll pair this with a smoothie or a fruit salad. Yum!
