For the month of October, I'm participating in a blogging challenge where you write about the same thing for 31 days. I read about this on The Nester and although I'm a little intimidated to participate in a blogging challenge of this size, I think it's going to be great for me.
Basically, anyone who participates will write on the same subject for 31 days. Bloggers are writing about everything from organization to healthy eating, to romance. It was really hard for me to decide what my "subject" would be but, I've decided to go with what my husband suggested.....Random Acts of Kindness.
Everyday for the month of October, we will be doing a Random Act of Kindness. It might be as small as calling a Grandma that lives far away or buying the person behind me a cup of coffee. Whenever possible, I will be involving Judah with the Random Act of Kindness because I want him to learn how good it feels to give and make other people happy. Since we'll be looking for a simple way to do a Random Act of Kindness each day, I hope it will become something that's natural for us.
Today's Random Act of Kindness was making notes with Judah for my husband's lunch box. I cut out paper hearts and we colored them together. It's simple but, it'll be a fun surprise for Daddy on Monday.
