Today I'm teaming up with Live and Love...Out Loud, to celebrate the warmth of winter. For this photography challenge, I'm posting a few winter photos that I already had taken, and also some new ones of our bulbs, that will be blooming soon. They represent the warmth of winter to me and the hope for sunshine and springtime.
"Keep love in your heart. A life without it is like a sunless garden where the flowers are dead. The consciousness of loving and being loved brings a warmth and richness to life that nothing else can bring." ~Oscar Wilde
"We enjoy warmth because we have been cold. We appreciate light because we have been in darkness. By the same token, we can experience joy because we have known sadness." ~David Weatherford
Out of the cold ground of winter, a new life springs. New warmth, new hope, new beauty.
Without warmth, life is cold. Warmth is special moments celebrated, everyday adventures appreciated and blessings being remembered.

I am *so* jealous of your budding daffodils. I just know that ours are coming up in our yard and we aren't going to get to see them this year! There are no signs of spring here in Seoul yet!
ReplyDeleteLovely collection of photos! Thanks so much for joining us in the Poetic Winter Photo Challenge. We're moving on to a new theme on Friday, Warmth. Hope you'll stop by and join us again. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. :)
