Are you a huge reader? I'm not but, I'd like to be. Sure, I love books and I love the thought of being one of those women who reads tons of books but, I'm still working on that. Well, this afternoon I started a new book....a book that I happen to love and when I was done reading, I realized that I don't have any bookmarks that I really love. In a pinch, I decided to make a quick and easy burlap bookmark. You see, I get these random ideas and then I go for it.....maybe that's why my blog is called "Angela's Adventures".
In case you're like me and you've got the crafting bug
or you're looking for fun teacher gift
or maybe even a gift for ladies in your MOPS group, here's what 'cha do:
1. Cut a piece of burlap, fold it in half and use a hot glue gun to secure the sides.
2. Hot glue on a large felt button.
3. Make a flower with ribbon and then hot glue it to the button.
See, I told you it was easy!

Really, really cute! I love reading and books, but use my kindle more and more. Which is sad because there is nothing like holding a real book in your hands! One that requires a bookmark:0)
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! I love the burlap.
