Kids Were Here: Round 2

I photograph these things because these are the things that I really didn't understand before I was a Mom. I thought only Moms, who really let it all go,  find dental floss all pulled out and then shoved back in. I never knew that such strange  pieces of their creativity and evidence that they were there, would make me smile like these do. This is the evidence that kids were here.

A bubble wand found with a bubble still in place.
A painting done with cotton balls and clothes pins.
A favorite Superman, laying in the sun.
A first candle, blown out and set to the side.
Wet hands on a dirty car.
Little foot prints on the cement.
A queen in distress. For real. The poor girl has lost her head.
If you'd like to join in with your Kids Were Here photos, email them to me and I'll feature them.

  2. I love these photos. The one of the handprints on the car is my favourite.
